Attention Deficit Practitioner – Sandra

Sandra Roberts is a registered Trauma counsellor with the South African Health Professions Council. She has completed her degree as well as her Honours in Psychology. She has a special interest in working with Children and has completed two certified courses in Play Therapy and is currently doing a Postgraduate certificate in Education through Unisa.

Her clinical training was completed at the South African Depression and Anxiety Group dealing with inter alia, depression, suicide, anxiety and physical abuse. She completed her internship at the Ithemba Rape and Trauma Centre assisting adults and children who were victims of sexual abuse. She received her Play Attention Edu-feedback training with a registered (MA) Play Therapist and Neurotherapy practitioner, and is regististed with the Health Professions Council of South Africa.

Sandra likes to work holistically. She believes in helping children able to make the transition to adulthood successfully. She believes in counselling and helping individuals reach their full potential while leading a balanced life.
